On July 30, 2003, I received the worst type of customer care service from Autozone located on South 1 St. Abilene Texas, 79603. The represntative was Chris and involved myself, a member of the United States Air Force for the last 24 years. It involved a 10% discount which the store advertised for military but would not honor. Please let him know I had and used a 10% discount across the street in Advanced Auto for being a member of a car club. Prior to the incident, I shopped at Autozone although I was being offered the same 10% discount at a store across the street. Also, please let him know that my use of your store is questionable I'll await a reply before venting my fustration to as many militery and family members as possible. In addition, I was astonished when Chris accused me of griping. Tell him I didn't gripe then, and I will definitely hold any griping while I'm deployed to Afghanistan this summer. I will watch the peace
